Three weeks and 3 emails 2 phone calls for a hat. Beware unfortunately no reply asking where is the hat $72 is no cap.Disappointed and unacceptableHappy to share full refund received a month after order. Always be wary of such action by business, particularly in such trying times..

first off all ordered hat jan 7 end jan got call now ready feb end Feb call shop 6they they chased it up eta now April asked to be reimbursed a week later nothing 2 emails later nothing still waiting very disappointed

I recently purchased RM Williams comfort craftsman boots in Black and Chestnut Yearling leather which came with free sock (Australian made) and RM Williams boot polish :)The order was placed on the weekend and it was received on Tuesday via Aus Post. Although, free shipping the shoes were packaged very well and there was no damage to the box during the transit.The quality of the shoes is superb and I am very happy with the overall experience of shopping online with Port Phillip Shop. I highly recommend this store for everything that made in Australia.

I purchased an item online from the store, I need to return the item due to it being the wrong size and no one contacts me back, I’ve been waiting for weeks, I feel I’m now being ignored. Their website does not allow me to return my item. Yes I’ve checked junk and no emails. Poor customer service but it seems I’m not alone!

Purchased the R M Williams Belt and R M Craftsman Boots for my sons 21st. Australia Post lost the parcel.. Gareth store manager was the most Helpful, Empathetic and Professional Customer service person I have ever dealt with. With a will do everything to rectify situation and fast responses to phone calls as we were in another state. My family thank you Gareth and Andrew so much.. Will be buying again soon.

I ordered a pair of RM Williams boots which were made to order and I was fine with what they said was a 12 week wait as I had an event I needed them for 12 weeks down the track, however after countless emails not replied to and phones calls that have been pretty much helpless I have now been waiting 17 weeks and still have not received my boots. I find this appalling and bad customer service as I have no updates and was promised more contact.

We ordered a pair of RMs with the socks and polish also some RM leather conditioner for my young blokes 25th. Arrived within days of placing the order not weeks like another supplier had told us. They are still wrapped in the brown paper and awaiting the restrictions to ease so we can get them too him. My wife and I both commented on the brown paper and it brings back many memories. Looks like country folk still do things the country way...just love it! Thanks again folks.

I have had one experience with this company and it has unlike any other shopping experience. I purchased an RM Williams jacket for my son in October LY. At the time of purchase there was no indication that there was a delay, so we expected the delivery in 3-4 weeks. Three months later we are chasing the order (no one connects us!) and finally someone replied to my email explaining it wont be available until early Feb. While surprised, we agree to wait. But nothing car rived. We are now in March and no word from tis company. So i send emails and leave phone calls - but no response. At this stage no refund or no comms. I'm still waiting. My suggestion - don't shop with Port Phillip. not worth the frustration.
