The work Glenn did was professional and helped me to get my entire bond back from a rental property and for one third of the price that the real estate agency was charging. I will be keeping his number on hand as I will definitely be using his services in the future.

I am very happy with the renovation of my laundry. Glenn was very easy and professional to work with. His communication skills were one of the reasons I chose Glenn over the 5 companies I had quote. Any questions I had were always answered promptly and thoroughly. Glenn works closely with his sub contractors to make sure everything is completed as requested. He is also very competitive and realistic with his pricing.

From quoting to demolition and installation, Glenn was hands on and has fantastic contractors to assist himself. Very happy with the finished product. Glenn and the team demolished and replaced our laundry including some changes to the ceiling line and a complete redesign. The communication throughout the process from initial contact was exemplary, the majority of the works were completed on time with only one minor issue taking a little extra time to resolve. Glenn's willingness to fit in with the requirements of the strata and with our own constraints was most helpful. Would be happy to use again.

This is the first time we have ever rennovated a space and we have to say, Glenn at the team at Iconic Renovations were beyond fantastic! Rennovating can be a very complex, stressful and unsettling experience, but Glenn made the whole process seamless and easy.Out of the 3 people I contacted to get an intial quote, Glenn spent a significant amount of time walking through every single option and detail we could choose in a friendly and accessible manner. The other 2 contractors spent about 10 minutes at our home, so I could tell Glenn really cared about his work and his clients. He even took the time to show his trades license with pride and out of good faith, warned me to be careful as a first timer as there are dodgy contractors out there! He wasn't pushy at all and urged me to get other quotes to be fair - but when his quote came through it was very reasonable and again, considering his friendly manner and easy going nature I knew he would be excellent to work with.Glenn and his team were incredibly patient and understanding. Throughout the process he communicated clearly and was always available to provide advice on any questions that we had. Bearing in mind, that we were not his only client, I knew that he would always get back to us in an adequate time frame. He knows how to prioritise his work and his clients (he is often on site, so it's understandable that it's not always safe for him to answer his phone when surrounded by tools/hazardous environments). We found him to be responsive, reassuring and he was always able to explain technical tradesman jargon in a way that we could understand. We were in awe at how he could juggle so many projects, all whilst looking after his family too!The team did such a wonderful job. Words can't describe how impressed we are! They were all super professional, clear communicators and just generally easy-going, approachable and friendly people. Exactly the kind of people you want on your team when going through what could be a potentially stressful exercise!The words thank you can't sum up how grateful we are for the teams efforts in making our house a home. They've done a top quality job and have delivered this service with a smile. Every one from the trades people to his office staff were a pleasure to deal with. The best way to describe the service we received from Glenn: Fantastic customer service, excellent team, quality work and explain well with the options/ choices are available with the kitchen, He is down to earth, very respectful and knows how to run his business, to him customers are important and it’s not about quantity but giving his customers a good reliable service. He went out of his way to make sure to stick to the schedule during the unprecedented (Pandemic) times in our life, from the time the items were delivered to the time they were installed, it was done so efficiently without any issues. Glenn and his team of tradies were fantastic. Glenn quoted, kept in contact regarding starting date to completely demolish old bathroom including some of the floor, and then rebuilt a beautiful modern bathroom that will take us to our twilight years. His work is professional, his attitude great, prices are the best. He has gone above and beyond our expectations, and was willing to listen to our ideas and concerns. Glenn designed, built and installed our new kitchen. He did it ahead of schedule and was extremely responsive always answering or returning our calls and queries. The kitchen looks beautiful and we have no hesitation in recommending Glenn. He and his company were excellent.
