This service station and the one across the highway north bound have no service! There are large potholes everywhere in the asphalt...right next to a speed bump too, so virtually unavoidable.The toilets are always average cleanliness and faucets and dryers, lack of paper towels etc is common.The petrol station and Wild Bean café have zero Gluten Free (GF) food, unless you buy packet potato chips. Coolabah café caters for GF but they don’t really open outside normal business hours. The coffee at Wild Bean is ok…but sometimes scalding hot for alternative milks.If you have 500 customers per day come through the station…and an average of $100 purchase per customer, that’s $50,000 revenue per day… net profit on fuel is 9% and on the convenience store items usually 100%. So let’s be conservative here and say total net profit is $6,000 per day. A asphalt company may charge 30K to redo a large section of asphalt road on your property. So that’s 5 days you can afford to have the road repairs done…not 3 months or more like you’ve had and have.FIX YOUR @#%5R %&*( POTHOLES!!!This and ALL BP stops are below pedestrian standard and sometimes are unavoidable because you have a monopoly on the east coast of Australia.Please raise your quality and service for the average working Aussie battler!!!

Bought a Zip lighter. It was dead empty. Fuel was great tho

BP you need to check the Travellers Pies you sell! A Pepper Travellers Pie is not a Cheese and mince pie! Yes it was labled as a Pepper pie. I thought it was off, untill I checked after i drove away. Disgusting!

Went and got a doughnut and got served by Bobby, absolute legend best service ever. Go team USA

Had to pop in today and enjoyed a great coffee. I bought a flat white decaf and usually when I get a flat white there is foam on top, but no this was a true flat white. I also didn't need to add sugar as usually the coffee is so strong (or tastes over brewed) that I have to add some sugar to make it drinkable. The staff member who served me could have smiled a bit more but they were looking a bit tired so maybe this was why, however I did see them smiling at other customers, maybe I threw them with a decaf LOL. The store was extremely busy and noisy but there were plenty of seats available near the wild bean cafe to sit down and enjoy my cup. The coffee remained warm for a long time. Now if the fuel was a bit cheaper then my visit today would have been perfect.

Huge service station with good size food court, can spend little bit time here and can have fun, entertainment. Recommended

This is a really great truck stop. Just a couple of points.Your fuel is way too expensive, I know you don't have a say in the prices but please don't be offended when customers refuse the 8c deal due to the fuel price.Managers Sarana, Jo and James are all great. Really friendly and helpful.Some staff could be a little more friendly to customers and keep the fridges full.Other team members like Telia, Ben, Meg's, Emma and Clare are all amazing and make my day every time they serve me. Keep up the great work guys.

Fuel here is excessively expensive. But that's the thing. Most people don't stop off at Caboolture or Burpengary to find out how much more expensive it is.As to food... It's 2023 and there isn't a single healthy food option in the join. All the usual suspects, KFC, McDonalds, even Subway and Boost Juice since the store update... But nothing healthy to choose from.Coffee is average, but then most Australians don't know what coffee is. I ask for coffee not a nuclear hand warmer, I ask for coffee not 100million syrup options.It's really simple to tell what good coffee is, served by properly trained baristas, who work in the industry, not for a chain store, served somewhere between 60 to 70 degrees. Or at best if you can't work that out. Put your hand on the side of the milk jug. If it's too hot, it's probably undrinkable, but not just because the customer can't drink it, but because you're probably burning the milk.I'm sick of getting coffee that tastes like its come out of an ash tray and secondarily to the point, we don't need 100 million different types of donuts. This isn't America...

Always good to stop for fuel ( a bit expensive), something to eat or drink. Great donuts, has Masses KFC, roast sandwiches , fresh juices, great pies, clean toilets
