Matthew did a job for me at the Uniting Church and was prompt in supplying a quote. The job was completed within the specified time frame and the outcome was excellent. i would go to him again.

Very unprofessional. I got a quote over the phone from Matthew and a day or so later I left a message to say I wanted to proceed. A few days later I'd heard nothing so rang again. I explained it was for a rental property and I needed it asap and that if he couldn't do the measure in the next couple of days not to worry. He said he could do it and I gave him the tenants phone number to arrange access. When he didn't call the tenant within a few days I arranged another supplier. Today (a week later) he turned up at the property unannounced.
