Hungry Jack's Burgers Deagon
I stopped by Hungry Jacks on my way to work the other day and was in dying need of the bathroom. I asked this young man named Dean where the bathroom was located. He looked me dead in the eye and gave me a smirk, he then directed me to it and I was so happy. He stayed with me in the bathroom and made me feel a bit uncomfortable, but it didn't matter once I was met with a free whopper. I really loved this experience and will 100% be coming back in the future.

Every single time we order from this restaurant on Uber Eats, there is a missing item/s from the bag. When you ring the restaurant to complain, they say It's not our problem - you are Uber Eats customer". Well I say Hungry Jacks Deagon packed the bag and left out the food. This has happened with every order in the last 2 months. Don't anyone order anything on Uber Eats from this store. How difficult is it to put the right food in the bag

Manager Courtney is rude, slow and seems to run the store like it’s a game rather then a business. She seems to let kids do whatever they like.We sat and watched her sit on her phone for 20 minutes and listened to the crew bully each other. Doesn’t seem appropriate

Stopped there last night around 730pmService was worst I've ever come across!While trying to order was continually interrupted being asked if I wanted cheese!Ask for drink with no iceDrink is given to me full of ice!Ask for large size and find a small serve of chips!Next time I'll go KFC up the road better service and the food is x10 time's better!My advice DON'T go here you'll regret it!

Picked up 10 Vegan Burgers with no Tomatoes and Onions in any. Manager response on the phone is: yes I am aware. We didn’t have any and what you want me do now? They thinks it’s normal to cheat customers while not telling to customer during taking orders. They are quick to charge extras. No understanding that people spends their time and money to get food experience. I would give 0 star if allowed. Will Never come back and will share this experience.

Sometimes wonder if the place is open. Got boneless fried chicken and they were basically big chicken nuggets. Pretty disappointing. Other than that the staff are friendly and I got the food fast and it was fresh.

Worst service ever. The burgers had no tomatoes neither any onions in it. Worst burger ever had. We even called the manager about it and they said That's fine" We didn't paid to get that service. They said they didn't had any tomatoes and onions available and we were not informed about that. The manager on call had the ignorance attitude saying "That's fine""

Despite the subpar rating of 3.2 stars my wife and I stopped into this location on a return trip from Byron bay, I was melting down in all the traffic and was ready to throw hands at other commuters. After we devoured a feed of succulent fries and tasty burgers from the crew here at hungry jacks I felt much better and was able to continue on my journey.
