After doing a diy audio install in my BMW the system sounded so bad that I realized that I needed some professional tuning, which led me to guys at Autobarn Virginia where I quickly got an appointment with Andrea the electronics/audio tech. After connecting his RTA Andrea quickly picked some system issues caused by my installing mistakes, rectified them and proceeded to do the tune. In no time the job was complete to my great satisfaction! My car sound system now sounds amazing! Kudos to Andrea and the boys at Autobarn Virginia!

An absolute pack of servile pigs with the automotive knowledge of a 2 year old As I've worked on cars since the late 70s I don't need a 20yr old I think I'm all that to give me attitude and use swear words up the phone I'm not impressed and neither are the hells angels bikies who were listening to it beside me.

I needed assistance regarding attached some personalised plates to my car. Other places I called fobbed me off. I phoned Autobarn Virginia and spoke with a lovely lade (maybe Chantelle) and she came up with a solution. I dropped in the next morning and we realised that solution wouldn't work. Jeff spent time with me coming up with a solution and then also fitted the covers for my plates on my car. A huge shout out to Jeff and the team for their awesome customer service and for taking the time to find a solution to my problem rather than just fobbing me off! What a great team!
