My wife took my watch in to change its battery, when I picked it up they told me they had changed the pin, which I never asked my wife to do as the watch did not require it. The woman told me that my wife had asked her to change the pin and on returning to the car I asked my wife if she asked them to change the pin and she told me I just asked her change the battery. On inspecting my watch I could not see any change to any pins. It’s not the $15 they charged its the principal that they did not get told that and lied about what my wife asked for. Customer beware.

Tried to support a local business, got them to attach 2 charms to my charm bracelet they did such a lousy job that both charms fell off within 2 weeks. Cost me hundreds of dollars in lost charms. NEVER AGAIN!

Great service. Great prices. Jewellers that can design everything you want as they have their own shop to make jewellery from scratch. My husband got my engagement ring designed and made here. Everyone that sees it asks me where did I get it from.
