I have had SNS AND Shellac nails done here a few times now , the ladies do a very good job, very friendly staff and great service , even get a cup of tea or coffee . Clean facilities and lovely decor !!!

As soon as I walked in there and said I had an appointment and explained what I had booked for, I got told they didn’t provide those services when I had gotten it done previously. My nail colour and everything else turned out great except the shape and length. When I asked to have short nails I felt very judged and didn’t get the length that I had asked for, when I told her what shape I would like I got it to an extent, they turned out very pointy and not symmetrical or even on my nail bed. Overall, I have had good experiences before but this experience was not good, in the past I have walked out of there satisfied but this time it felt like I was getting what the nail tech wanted/wanted to do instead of what I wanted. I am not satisfied.

AWFUL service. We booked for 5pm and we got there, and they acted like we didn’t book even when I had a confirmation text of appt. They rushed our pedicures and it was a waste of time as it went for 10 minutes maximum. When trying to complain, they became very rude and acted like they couldn’t understand what we were saying. I’ve been to Pride nails in Greenacres and they’re definitely the best in the business with the best service. I will not be returning to this salon. What a waste of money!

Had a shellac mani pedi today, cant complain about anything! The job is perfect with no dodgy edges, she was patient while I took time choosing my colours, the place is clean. (No massage chairs).I’ve only had my nails done a few times, but this is by far the best work and best service (the other times the ladies were chatting so much they didn’t seem to be concentrating on their work).Thanks, I would return!

horrible experience. 0 out of 10. each of the 3 ladies that did my nails where rude, rough, and inexperienced. the first lady made both me and my friend bleed after our nails were filed down. the second lady became annoyed after i asked to change the colour of my nails before she began painting them, which they shouldn’t be annoyed over because they claim to try and give “high quality customer assistance” to every customer. the 3rd lady made my nails textured and uneven, even though the design i wanted was simple and should have been very easy to follow. i did not get what i clearly asked for, even after asking multiple times for things to be changed.

I was a regular customer and liked the friendly people, and hygienic, detail-focused service, even though every appointment took a long time. New staff are still friendly, but the technicians I had were significantly rougher and cut me under my nail and cuticle, and hurt my nails while removing SNS. The nails looked good at the end and it took significantly less time, but I no longer feel confident in the experience.
