Great units and town houses.

Rents gone up and for what? We have construction right outside my bedroom window. Banging starts at 6am, machinery shaking the unit through the day. “Market values gone up” what a joke. I can’t sleep. We used to have a great owner that took care of the grass and weeds as per the original contract but he left. The current owners barely keep the front patch of grass maintained. Speaking of, what’s the point of that when we could’ve just had 2 car spaces per unit. Cause I have to drive around finding one or park outside the complex which is just unsafe. Could’ve had a small house at the same price but can’t move now.
