Adam attended my home when a fairly old hardrive began suddenly playing up and giving me numerous problems. He managed to regain all the files and transfer them all onto a brand new hardrive. There were no hidden costs and he talked me through each step needed to take to fix the problem with a fair affordable price. Would recommend Jim’s I.t Penrith to anyone for all your computer needs!

Adam is absolutely excellent at what he does! Needed an urgent IT job done after hours on short notice and Adam managed to resolve my issue despite the difficult circumstances. Adam is passionate about satisfying his customers and is serious about looking after them in the long term. Can't recommend him enough!

Adam upgraded our 2017 iMac broken Fusion Drive to a new SSD and installed the latest IOS. Great service and communication from Adam. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Adam already knew what was wrong from one phone call. fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently, very friendly and knowledgeable, 10/10 excellent service, very trustworthy. will be my go to for IT related issues from now on. Also I'm a very harsh critic and i don't give out such high ratings for no reason. there are simply no negatives i can think of which would lower the rating. if you need IT stuff done, go with jims, i can't say for anyone else who works at jims but Adam was excellent. i commend and recommend him to anyone.
