They Fitted new tyres.Had vibration at around 100 - 110kph asked them if they could check balance as i was going interstate in 10 days.Said they'd get back to me with a day and time .Never got back to me ! Day 1: Dropped in to get my Tyre fixed. There was no one there to fix it straight away so left it there. Wasn’t sure if it was a puncture or not. I got a call back after I had left work to say it had a slow leak due to a small tear in the wall of the Tyre. I said I would pick it up the next day - $119 for a new Tyre.Day 2: I return to pick up my Tyre and the same guy I talked too the day before had no idea what he had done or what he had quote me over the phone.After telling him he then tells me there is no eftpos. Why did you not tell me over the phone? I have to drive to the bank and get cash and return with payment. I still don’t have an emailed receipt.He proceeds to try give me my Tyre and put it in my boot? No...I need you to put it ON my car. I’ve already told you I’m driving on my spare? Then he tells me there is no one there to put it on for me. FFS.He will get someone to come to my work and put it on for me.What a nightmare - will not be coming back again. Unorganised, unsure, lots of waiting and running around for a simple job.

Purchased 1 tyre from Tyroola to get fitted at Mobile Tyre & Auto Team. The tyre has been at the shop since Friday 26 Oct. It's now Thursday 1 Nov and no contact by them has been made. We've called up twice, the first time a guy who answered had no idea what he was doing, we said we wanted to check up on our order, he never asked for a name or anything but put me on hold then asked for the tyre brand & size, then a lady came on and told us they should be calling tomorrow because they might be out our way then (we live 5mins away). Nobody called. We called them back today and this guy says the lady never booked us in. So now we've gotta wait till they call us back to confirm a fitting. Useless, unorganised, no communication, wasting time! The tyre has been there for 1 week tomorrow, we stay 5 mins away but still no tyre fitting. Ridicilous

We purchased 3 new tyres and a wheel alignment through Tyroola and this team did the job. Excellent communication, they even brought our job forward as we were relocating and needed it done asap. Thank you for the prompt service and excellent communication.

Absolutely amazing service. Called up and explained how bad my tyre was and they made it happen on the same day to have it fixed. Very grateful! Couldn't have asked for better service. Came to my house and everything ❤️

Extremely unhappy with the service one of the worst companies I've dealt with in my entire life Kim is one of the worst lies I've ever come across she can blatantly lied to your face without even blinking a eye.kim the bad liar said my tyre was not delivered even tho I received a msg from the trye company Tyroola who delivered it confirming it had beenDay two kim said the van was off the road.Day 3 was told if I drove my car to the workshop they could fit it got there and asked how do we refund the call out fee $55 because as i had to come to their work shop she said it's got nothing to do with them take it up with TyroolaAnd as you can see in the photos they couldn't even be bothered to wipe my Rim and first time I've had a tie fitted and they haven't put Tyre Shine On It.Also have now lied and said they attended my property so the call out fee of $55 still stands even though I called them and rescheduled the service and they confirmed and my wife was home all day nobody attended the home no call to say where I was even if they did attend

Absolutely fantastic experience with this mob!! Called around 4pm to book a Roadworthy/safety inspection + replacing the 4 tires on our 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Highlander. They were able to match the price I found with an online tire shop for the tires I wanted- easy done. They booked me in for the next day! Ron came around before 12PM to complete the Roadworthy/safety inspection- Made a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way beforehand. Upon inspection it seemed my tires had still half a life in them!! I explained I was advised by another Tyre shop / mechanic upon enquiry regarding roadworthy, that all 4 tires needed replacing to get the car through the roadworthy and for safety reasons. As I have a 5month old, getting to a place and wait around to get new tires fitted with her was a bit of a challenge so decided to look online for a mobile service, this is how I ended up with Mobile Tyre & Auto Team Ormeau instead of the shop who had advised me to replace the tires. Ron said he doesn’t believe in ripping people off and said to call the office to cancel as my tires didn’t need replacing yet. Ron completed the safety inspection and off he went. I called the office to cancel with the info Ron gave me- which was no problem. I told them I will most definitely get them to replace my tires when they are actually due! This level of honesty is rare to find these days and very much appreciated. Very impressed with Mobile Tyre & Auto Team! I will be recommending their service to friends and family.

Fantastic customer service from Grant ordering our tyres and getting the fitting done same day. Ash did a fantastic job fitting the tyres so quickly and had great customer service too. Highly recommended.

Used the Mobile Tyre and Auto Team today (20/01/20) for a Mobile Tyre replacement (full set). My Ute had shredded it's rear tyre and I had to abandon the vehicle at 7-Eleven, Maudsland. These guys came out within 24 hours and did a full set replacement on site. Good communication and follow through. Competitive pricing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
