Orange Jeep

I’m in WA and David from Orange Jeep could not have done anything more ,very impressive and the deal was best I had seen.Definitely your first call in NSW as they won’t be beaten.

Adding a belated review since I'm booking my car in for the 12 month service and I never wrote one originally.So this time last year (actually late April, 2021) I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 from Orange Jeep. At the time, finding the same car where I live (South Australia), and indeed anywhere, was virtually impossible. I found the car on-line and sent a message. At the time I was told that the representative was out and would call back. (I'm adding this in because there's another more recent review that reports the same thing).Long story short, I did get a call back after the representative was back in the office (and he was also driving the demo Jeep that we purchased), but here's where the review differs from the other person. After waiting for the call back, and very much interested in the car, the representative was quite possibly the most responsive and easy to deal with person I have ever dealt with in business. He made it seem like we were the only thing on this plate that day (and I'm certain that wasn't true).Nothing was too much trouble, even dealing with an out of state customer. We were able to secure the car same day on the phone (Friday) and arrange to drive to NSW to pick it up Monday morning. Furthermore, we were offered several different pick up options, including delivery and meeting half way in Mildura. Nothing was really too much trouble and I felt like my business really mattered. We also had a trade-in and we were able to manage that also with photos and by e-mail. As I said, nothing was too much trouble and it felt like the dealer was bending over backwards to make things work out for us.Finally, when we did arrive on Monday (after staying at accommodation recommended by the dealer) we were pleasantly surprised by the hand over experience. In short, even though I live in SA I would definitely consider another drive to Orange Jeep to buy another car, just based on the customer service alone. I have no hesitation in recommending the dealer to anyone and I'll say that if the main guy" is having a day off

If you’re broken down in Parkes or anywhere in the central west wanting some advice, don’t bother.

Massive thank you to Glenn Campbell at Orange Jeep. Dropped everything and raced out to Orange airport to get into our car my wife had locked the keys in. Service above and beyond. 2 Thumbs up !!

Passing through Orange and Jeep still under warranty developed an issue that could possibly be fixed within minutes and was a safety hazard when driving at night. However, they could not find a few minutes to even look at the issue despite their having 3 technicians on hand. Extremely poor service (or lack thereof)

I can’t thank enough to Dave, he is very professional and well organised, made my birthday so special by delivering my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon just in time.Had a wonderful experience and smooth purchase.Thank you again good man.Bobby Kiani

Three hour round trip to look at the grand cherokee. Staff said they had no idea about jeeps, no brochures and the main guy was off. Apparently he had taken the only demo grand cherokee home for the weekend so we couldn't even look at the vehicle. Have owned 2 jeeps in the past and will be buying a new one - just not from here!!!

David Hill made the experience of buying a new car remotely very enjoyable, straight forward and Stress free :)
