After trying to send flowers to my Aunt in a remote location near Avoca and having no success with florists in both St Arnaud and Maryborough, I decided to ask the local Newsagent in Avoca. Ron, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and he was able to send a beautiful bunch of proteas to my Aunt for me. He asked a loyal customer who lives near my Aunt to deliver the flowers. I was very impressed with Ron’s Customer Service skills. Thank you Ron.
