Earlier this year I was looking to sell my house and was introduced to charles kimmorley. With the rating review of 4.9 I assumed he would be genuinely interested in helping me sell my property. It was quite the opposite. The first time he inspected the property, Charles gave me a laundry list of changes he felt would help with the sale of the property. After investing $7,000 of my retirement fund and being promised he could easily sell the property for a higher amount than I had expected, we began the process of open houses. After each open house Charles advised that he would contact me after follow up with prospective buyers. I am still waiting for his call. After a particular open house, I met with him. He was more concerned with cleaning a spot on his car than paying attention to his client, the seller. On one occasion I arrived home after an open house and found cigarette ash all over my front verandah. I was also very disappointed that Charles still did not know my name after 3 months.When the contract ended, the for sale sign was still attached to my front fence for 2 weeks. Once the sign had been removed, I noticed damage to my fence where it had been attached. I contacted Charles to have the damage repaired. Charles was kind enough to provide me the signage company's details for me to make contact with them when, in fact, this was not my problem. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I will not be recommending this person to anyone who wants to sell their property.

Choosing Charles to sell our home was like a blessing in disguise, so grateful for all he did selling our family home, he went above and beyond for us! Took all the stress on the chin & kept us calm through out the process. Quick͏ and efficientI had a very pleasant experience buying a house. I was told everything about the house, appointments for pest and building inspection were arranged quickly and the whole process was done in under a months. Charles went well beyond the normal sale process by promising to help the tenant to find another accommodation so I could move in earlier than the three months the tenant still had on their contract. He promised me he would do that and he kept his word even though the contract was already unconditional. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend him to anybody that wants to buy a house.
