Guy at the booth today on Wednesday with a beared seems like he was having a bad day today and taking it out on customers. I had a small load of green waste I told him was from me and my brothers place. He proceeded too tell me I have too pay because my brother wasn't in the car, he wouldn't tell me how much untill I already dumped it then told me $98 for 1.3t of green waste. I said it was expensive and he said your lucky it should be $198. Staff seem to be really up them selves at this tip and are on a power trip. This isn't the first time, they have been stuck up most of the time I've come here. Now taking my money that my brother pays rates for and I pay rent for. .

Sometimes you come here and people are friendly and helpful,and then you come back and everyone is so ridiculously rude and condescending, it's a tip, why? My brother used it yesterday and looking to see where to put the glass from a large table,and he gets abused,when he wanted directions, did as he was asked,as he was lifting the glass it hit something and shattered, going all over him Like a shower and these guys laughed,thinking it hilarious. What disgusting employees.It seems like you don't care how many times people complain, the reviews I saw went back 4 yrs and it was the same complaints then.Are these people being paid because they are shockingly bad at their job!? Continuing over years. There are so many good candidates for these jobs,who are also good with helping people. That'd be nice. Let's enjoy what we do.

Just went to drop off some soil, was turned away and told that they were not accepting and that it was stated on the website. False, it is not on the website.

Today was my first time at this tip , I found that I don't like the people , I love them they were so nice to me , I'm a invalid pensioner and they couldn't do enough for me I'll be back

We go here all the time and The guys that work in the booth are great and always friendly apart from that little angry old man in the front end/waste loader. I dropped a coffee cup this morning and he yelled at us an threatened he was going to fine us somehow an i had already picked up the cup then stopped again and continued to yell at me saying whats your problem an threatened us some more.My boss an my other co workered said they have been attacked by him before.Hes obviously a problem and something needs to be done about him, he seems to have anger issues and be abit senstive.

The guy at the weight station who drives the brown Mitsubishi Pajero Sport is just straight up abusive and unprofessional. I felt like being interrogated everytime I went to the tip. If the gc council cant run their tip might as well terminate these services and reduce the rate.

This site and others like it are a 'woke' joke. 10 years ago we RATE PAYERS would dump and leave. Paid private contract workers would sort through the trash for recyclables to be sold at the local tip shops. Now days they have work for the dole 'Endeavour Foundation' vaccine damaged slave labour sitting in high chairs telling we RATE PAYERS to stuff around wasting our time. At the end of the day the council is double dipping the RATE PAYERS. We pay the rates for THEM to do the work, yet they don't, but then make the money from the trash they make us stuff around sorting into a zillion different bins while they sit on their fat backsides.

It's great that there is extensive active recycling practised here with less going into landfill.

Very upset with the way I was treated! Had a few steel pipes attached to the kids basket ball hoop! Was asked to take them to a steel recycling place down the road from them! I try to recycle everything, but that was ridiculous!
