Very nice people.100% 5 star rating. I have worked here for more than a year and then left NSW for some personal reason. Business owners are very caring,extremely professional and honest. Great to work with Wade's family team.

Have contacted this group 4-5 times over the past month or so and they have NEVER called me back. I have been calling separate times about mobile cool rooms, building a new refrigerated vehicle and about their courier/rental services. I have had to call back again to ask for a call back about these and am still waiting months later. Hoping they take note of this review and really do something about their customer service.

Our customers regularly comment on the great service the delivery drivers at Chill provide. One of our customers received her order last Friday and then came to our stall at the Farmers markets the next day to make a point of telling us how fantastic the driver was. Steve took the time to ring the doorbell, wait for an answer and then took a moment to have a chat. Great service as always.

Rented a few Coolrooms from these guys recently. Great outfit. Really professional and friendly and happy to go the extra mile. The weather was not the best, but the team worked in the rain to set everything up. Sun came out the the event went off without a hitch. Thanks Chill! I have rented a few cool rooms over the years and would definitely call these Chill first!

What an awesome team Chill is. Not only are the team in the office professional, efficient and friendly, their drivers are spot on. Delivering on time and going the extra mile to ensure our customers receive their deliveries intact and with a smile. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Find it interesting how they got one bad review and after years of no reviews they now suddenly have five 5 star reviews within the last month! I have used Chill and their customer service is pretty average, prices expensive and they really hardly ever get back to you. To be honest I think they are happy enough with the work they got and couldn't care less about any new business, that was just my feeling.
