I highly recommend not renting a property through this company. The company owner is extremely unprofessional and will try any way possible to take your money. Luckily enough we were able to get away with 0 costs in the end after fighting for a very long time over broken and damaged items that were there previous to us moving in, not to mention that we had to clean the property ourselves when we moved in after finding black mould in the bathrooms, sauce all over the kitchen blinds, dirty curtains and dust/grim/grease throughout the kitchen.I would hate to see the way he treated previous tenants prior to us being there.Claims he knows the real estate laws of WA, however after having multiple professionals review his documentation and requests for extra money (whilst in the property!) he had breached his rights on more than one occasion. Please be careful & posting as a warning to any other people who are considering a rental through this company.
