The bouquet itself that I ordered was lovely and I was really happy with it, however I ordered the bouquet a week out to ensure it was delivered on time but it was delivered 2 days late which was incredibly disappointing!

What a fantastic purchase, I ordered a gift box of chocolates for my grandson and he was so delighted, it arrived in a large box so he had to open it up to see the chocolate box created for him, the customer service was impeccable, and they went out of there way to help me, this will definitely be my future one stop shop for gift baskets.Thankyou Sweet Stems.

Ordered a chocolate bouquet for a last minute birthday present. The team let me know that the suburb was out of their same day delivery range, however they’d be able to deliver it as they have deliveries close by. Highly recommend them, excellent customer service!
