Inquired regarding advertised formulation services. Reveived a call from Syndet. The guy named Sing was very unhelpful to say the least, in fact had a rotten attitude towards the potential customer. At the end i had to end the call advising Sing that i don't believe their company will be the right fit for me. This kind of attitude is so dated! Surprised companies remain in business with customer service like that.
