Torque Mechanical and Service Centre

Charged for a full service, all that was conducted was an oil change. Car was leaking oil from sump on completion. Was charged for a sump plug washer but it wasn't replaced. Once sump plug washer was replaced still leaked oil. Had to get my new mechanic to re tap the bolt and sump itself. Service booked not signed. When asked for prove that the work was actually done was told it was completed until I went under the car with the mechanic to show it hadn't been done to which he responded yeah I didn't do it. Car spend next 2 days there to get the actual service that I booked in done. Found out at next mechanic it was not done properly.I would hate to think how many people this company is doing this to and getting away with it. Find another mechanic if you are using them.

Rang Jesse at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and he was able to fit in a same day repair on our busted camper trailer (wheel bearings). He and Jake even managed to do the work with a smile. Couldn’t be more impressed, and they really saved our holiday!

Hi we had our Bt50 in at Torque Mechanic for our next Service the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Michelle the manager was so pleasantand up front. The Bt50 had a full service, its sounds great and is running great again. The service was prompt and at a reasonable cost. We had to replace a cracked uni joint which Torque sourced the parts and fixing the issue promptly without any fuss. I have No hesitation in recommend this business.

Should be ashamed of yourself call yourself mechanics couldn’t even fix the Commodore then leave it with dents in it and send it home good jobWill never recommend anyone to go near use and may karma have a crack and teach you a lesson

Paid expensive $2450 to fix some oil leaks from rocker covers and timing case and to fit new spark plugs, coils and cv joint. Got the car home and find oil leaks still evident in same places, 2 earth wires disconnected which could have resulted in catastrophic accident or fire, o2 sensor wire resting against engine and they left a 2 mm gap by using wrong bolts on timing cover. Car is in very unsafe condition and I'm having the repairs checked out to see if any new parts were fitted at all, along with filing cases with Accc and Qcat , and reporting to police.

Jessie, Michelle and team are first class operators and excellent mechanics. If you want the job done right first time at a reasonable price, this is your mechanic. I had been taking my BMW to the dealership on the Sunshine Coast for 3 years with a persistent intermittent problem, $6,500 later it had still not been fixed. Torque Mechanical solved the problem on the first attempt. They really know thier stuff.

Extremely fast, amazing service and great prices. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back in the future.
