Worse experience of my life!He did not do a check on the tenants he put into my property who had a bad credit rating and had been to the tribunal and cost someone else over $20,000 in damages, who are now costing me a small fortune to have the property cleaned and back to its original condition as they moved out cleaning NOTHING and damages everywhere. Shameful really

We first met Gary when inspecting a property in the Bayswater estate at Vincentia. He was one of the few agents in the area, at the time, to provide a price guide so as not to waste anyone's time. We mentioned in passing that we would need to find a rental as we were getting close to settlement of the sale of our property in Sydney and Gary helped us out by providing photos of a rental property he had on his books that would be available in the area soon. We subsequently took this rental property which was in excellent condition. Gary then kept an eye out for any properties for sale which would meet our lifestyle. Not long after we moved into the rental property, Gary informed us that he thought he had found the ideal place for us which we subsequently purchased. Gary’s exceptional service, professionalism and honesty was a refreshing change to the agents we had been dealing with. He went ‘above and beyond’. Can't say enough good things about Gary. I've bought/sold a number of houses over the years, and this was by far my best experience. Service was exceptional. I was overseas during part of the process, and Gary organised removals, house cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. He even physically helped with the removal himself! I found Gary to be somewhat lazy and misleading and frequently badgered me to lower my fair asking price. Others may have a different experience but my disappoinment of his performance led to me withdrawing my unit from sale.

I'm really glad that I went with Hall Realty! I spoke to two other property managers and feel like Gary listened to my concerns and then did everything he could to find a great tenant and ease my mind. He kept me in the loop, made helpful suggestions, recommended great tradesmen, assisted with price guidelines for various repairs, and took away a lot of worry as I never had to chase him up - he was always a step ahead and completely professional. He's obviously very experienced in the business, without being overconfident or arrogant, and provides excellent customer service. There are a lot of Real Estate agents out there but if you want someone who'll listen and advocate for you, be real, keep you in the loop, and ease your mind by doing extra checks, as well as operate in an ethical and professional manner, then I suggest you give Hall Realty a go as you know exactly who you're dealing with from go to woah.
