Absolutely love attending next phase for my weekly Pilates lesson. Rayanne has great technique and creates a fun and interactive atmosphere every lesson. The team here is so great to deal with, I highly recommend checking it out.

I can't recommend this place enough! I had a bulging disk injury and was in absolute agony, until I came here! They booked me in at last minute on a SUNDAY and it was the best thing! Emad was absolutely awesome and after 1 session I was back at work and moving around more freely! He knew exactly what to do and pinpointed exactly where my pain was. I won't be going anywhere else besides here! COULDN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH!! THANK YOU!!

I have been attending the Reformer Pilates classes for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it! I’ve never been so excited to workout! Rayanne not only creates a safe and comfortable environment, but also challenges you each week - which I love! The classes are small and intimate, but also super fun. I couldn’t recommend Rayanne or Next Phase Reformer Pilates enough!!

I have been to next phase injury many times and everytime I go I come out a new person. Ayesha mashallah has magic hands. After mri's ct scans hospitals after hospitals 1 session with her took all the pain away. And all the staff there are very caring. Next phase is the place to go. May Allah reward yous

I highly recommend going to Next Phase Injury Therapy to get treatment for all your injuries. I've been suffering from a frozen shoulder since 2018 after being involved in a MVA and having surgery. Went to so many doctors, specialist, back clinics and had xrays done but to no success and being told its just muscle pain and it will improve with time. After just the first visit Gozde knew exactly what my problem was and confirmed I had a frozen shoulder. I finally had someone who knew what they were talking about and what treatment was needed to help me. After 2 months of treatment so far, there has been such an improvement that my family and I can not believe. Thank you to the team especially Gozde and Dr Loren (Chiropractor) for helping me and continually helping me improve my condition. Number 1 place to go.5 stars

I had my first session with Hadi a few days ago. The atmosphere was very calming, he took the time to answer any questions I had and even went over the allocated time to explain to me the extent of my issue. He was extremely respectful and polite. I’ve been to other places before but I really recommend this one and the therapist Hadi. I will definitely come back.

Seen Alpay for my knee, I must admit he is the only physiotherapist that assessed and diagnosed me, he's hands on and knowledgeable. Thanks for the treatment! Will definitely be back.

Hady was so good, came in with crazy shoulder and back pain and he taught me great exercises and methods to quickly solve it. Definitely will be coming again.
