I was introduced to Belinda Jane Hunt after losing my darling wife of 46 years to Ovarian Cancer. I loved my wife so much that accepting the reality that I would not be with her again was too much to bear. I thought that no one could help and I had very little faith in psychologists so I didn’t seek any help with my grief. After a few months my daughter’s persuasion finally made me make an appointment with Belinda Jane.Firstly, Belinda Jane was a great listener. She made the most amazing and sensitive suggestions that I found very helpful and healing. Little suggestions that helped me cope with big & very emotional days such Christmas, Birthdays & Anniversaries.I visited her regularly for the first year, and I always walked away from these appointments feeling more upbeat, positive and better able to cope with my grief.I will never get over losing my wife and the missing her will never subside, but Belinda Jane has provided me with some wonderful tools and methods to assist me cope with my grief. Some of the most helpful for me have been the breathing exercises, meditation and just the simple act of downloading my emotions and feelings to her rather than my children.I could not recommend Belinda Jane more highly to anyone experiencing grief of a loved one.
