We had a beautiful wedding at Ascot House and could not have occurred without the help of all the staff. They were attentive, cost effective and friendly and made our day possible. We loved the service and will be recommending the venue to all family and friends. We were fortunate to have our ceremony in the gardens and it was beautifully set up. The food was fantastic and if they were a restaurant i would be visiting frequently. Special mention to Minh, Sarah & Karen, thank you for making it so easy for us! We just got married here very recently! When we were looking for venue Ascot House was second to none in the “classic mansion” style receptions. It was clean, the bathrooms are all new and the venue is just stunning.The planning process was a breeze with our fantastic event manager Minh. He made everything so easy - if he wasn’t around to answer our request any single staff member was able to be contacted and they all knew their stuff!They gave fantastic recommendations for other suppliers (we used most of their recommendations), and the Tiffany chairs that can cost a small fortune to hire are a part of the venues regular decor.Unlike some receptions where every thing is “extra” Ascot house has it all and it’s basically all included with no hidden costs. The food was exceptional - all our guests complimented the food and the service on the night with courteous wait staff that were always around and responsive to all our requests!Helen was a wonderful assistance to us on the night - rallying around us (bride and groom) encouraging us to eat - or at least taste the food - and always hovering near by to ensure we were happy and hydrated.We truly cannot speak highly enough of the staff, the venue, the services and the food! It was the best night of our lives made almost effortless on the day by the team at Ascot House!

We cannot speak highly enough of Ascot House and the staff that work there. We booked our wedding last July and got married on August 10 2019. From the beginning they were great to deal with, and obviously you don't hear much from them early on. But 6 months out from the big day, things ramp up and they send you an invite to a menu tasting evening which is a must-attend in my opinion. From about a month out, you will find that you will be in constant communication with them, and no question or detail is too much for them. We even got an upgrade to the Ballroom because it was available and that was the best thing for us. Come the big day, and they are totally focused and will do everything to look after the bride and groom, the wedding party and any other important guests such as parents etc. Terry, Megan & Helen were such a great help on the day that I know it could not have gone as smooth as it did without your assistance. All our guests enjoyed the day and spoke very highly of everything, especially the food! Ascot House made our big day extra special and we cannot thank you guys enough.

We attended a wedding at this venue. It’s a beautifully renovated old house set in gorgeous gardens which also include a reasonable car park. The food was the best I’ve ever tasted at a wedding - and I’ve been going to them for 70 years! The food was presented beautifully, was cooked perfectly and consistently and tasted wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive and professional. The DJ/Master of Ceremonies worked well to keep the proceedings on track AND everybody on the dance floor!!! And every second of the experience was being captured by a photographer. An excellent experience. Thank you

My daughter and her husband had their wedding at this venue on Thursday 14th November 2019. This venue was faultless, they were so helpful from the very first point of contact till the very moment the wedding day ended. They ensured that my daughter’s wedding day was exactly as she had visioned, the Grand Ballroom on the night looked stunning and the staff and wait staff were so attentive. The food was outstanding, and delicious, the chef made sure all dietary needs were met for all the guests. Nothing on the wedding day was too much trouble, they oversaw every single thing and made sure we as a family just enjoyed this very special, magical day. The gardens and the interior of this venue are spectacular and the sneak peek we have seen from the photos look amazing.If you are looking for a wedding venue then I suggest you look no further than Ascot House, you will not be disappointed and I would highly recommend them.

We got married at Ascot House; our ceremony was in the garden and the reception was in the Grand Ballroom. It was the perfect venue and the staff were first-rate. We were absolutely impressed with how they managed our event; everything ran smoothly, they were on top of every detail and it was the most fantastic day. We did not need to stress about anything, Terry, Helen, Megan, Sarah and their team were terrific, they looked after everything and we just enjoyed our day. The food was really good (and this comes from an Italian!) and all the guests were full and we have been to weddings in the last few years where the food was not enough. We are really pleased with the amount of food and the quality as well.We highly recommend Ascot House. The venue itself is beautiful, and the staff are highly professional and friendly, so you will feel relaxed.Best of luck for your amazing day.

We were so lucky to have our wedding reception here in March 2019. Ascot House did an outstanding and seamless job, making it a night that none of our guests can stop talking about!From our initial appointment to view the gorgeous venue, to invaluable advice about from Gian (the DJ and photographer recommended by Gian were absolutely brilliant), to ongoing support from Megan and Sarah in the planning stages and the incredible service from Helen, Terry and Justin and the rest of the team on the night - we cannot thank you enough! We were promised that we would enjoy the night and to trust that the team would run the show. This meant we were actually able to relax and could enjoy each moment as it happened.The food was absolutely brilliant (Everyone can't stop talking about the calamari) and no one left hungry. The bridal suite was beautiful and much needed! The gardens and house were a perfect backdrop for our photos.Will definitely be recommending Ascot House to anyone and everyone. We had our wedding at Ascot House in December 2018. They did an amazing job and we wouldn’t change a thing about the night.We worked with Terry and Megan leading up to the wedding, who were so helpful throughout the whole process. They had really great suggestions about how we could consider doing things, which was appreciated as often we weren’t sure where to start! Terry was also a great help on the night with his energy and attitude, as was our table server Giacomo. We opted to have the pianist, Norm, play during the canapes half hour. He was excellent.After the wedding, we have heard from so many people that the service was impeccable. From the bridal table all the way to the tables up the back, drinks were consistently topped up and any needs addressed. Everyone we have spoken to has mentioned how good the food was and how quickly it came out, which is impressive considering we had more than 150 guests at the wedding. We would also recommend going to the tasting night in advance as this helped us to decide the menu, and we picked some dishes which we may not have considered had we just read the description on paper.Thank-you to all the team at Ascot House for ensuring that our night went smoothly. Nothing was too much to ask, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stunning location with an emphasis on good service and food.
