I can’t talk for the other sites since I’m only registered at the Essendon office, but I can definitely confirm that the service they, or in particular a BW didn’t do me any service at any stage whatsoever.I was sold on her pitch of what she usually intends for her candidates and I was excited, but alas I was let down. Even if she couldn't deliver on what she pitched, she could’ve put me onto one of her colleagues or at the very least anyone of the consultants could’ve picked me and tried to make some sale and commission by putting me out to prospective employers.What make this worse is that I even complained to their Director and after a flurry of emails with between CT, BW and myself, I got was an apology of sorts. The end result is I still get no service- maybe I was blacklisted, who knows.Unlike Sydney where one can be pestered by proactive recruitment consultants to the point one considers them spam callers, here in Melbourne it is normal for recruitment agencies to be a black hole of sorts, where if you’re not their cup of tea or if they struggle to sell ice to Eskimos then you simply fall into the cracks of oblivion. You’d think they’d have software that goes to people on their database asking if we’re still here, please send us an updated CV and details, etc. but no, this along with that human touch from the consultants is certainly missing.I would think, based on my experience with Sydney and NZ recruitment consultants, if I wanted to make plenty of sales based commission, I would follow up on leads, am I missing something here? I’m totally at a loss- I’m flabbergasted!Unfortunately for them, I’ll have the last say by posting this review, of how ill-treated and useless the Essendon office is. Do I care if they decide to cut ties with me? I don’t, because I’ll do one better and I'll cut them off.

Great experience with veritas recruitment. Had an interview with Tara and got excellent opportunity on next day. Everything done in 24 hours. I really appreciate Tara support and guidance. Thank you Veritas.

I was made redundant and had 1 week left of my 2 weeks notice in work when i met with Hailey at Veritas Recruitment. During my meeting I got to meet several team members who all were lovely! I was super impressed at how genuine and helpful the whole team was. I explained my situation and was blown away that by just a few short days later Cheyenne called me to advise they had me set to go in a temp role with under a 20 minute drive from my home. I finished work on a Friday and started on a Monday, now that's what I call a great service! Thank you Veritas!

Had an interview, received no follow up. I called to see what has happening and got told they were very busy" with 10 or 15 jobs to place and someone would be in touch. I got a phone call basically telling me they didn't have any information for me yet and that was the last I heard of them. Never got the email they said they'd send me. Pretty useless."
