Prouds the Jewellers Albany

Made a purchase from here today and to say the quality of service was poor would be an understatement. I was not approached my staff or even greeted when I walked into the store or whilst looking in the cabinets right near a staff member. When I finally had some assistance the young girl was not helpful and just stood there silently. When it came to purchasing, the girl who “helped” me didn’t say the price, I had to ask for the price and just handed me a receipt and didn’t say anything else. I’m disappointed that a store like this would have staff in there pretending like there’s no customers. Obviously there needs to be sales training or atleast basic customer service implemented. Not impressed

I have had several terrible experiences buying from this store. I have brought jewelry that has broken in just a few days. The staff refuse to help or resolve any issues regarding products. I would never return to this or any prouds store. I would give zero stars if it were an option.
