Initial discussions with Ferdi were extremely useful, and he was so very patient looking at the pool and spa options, design, layout and best fit for our backyard. The various crews were always polite and professional, and certainly know what they are doing. The CPM quality is 2nd to none, and follow up service and support excellent. CPM listen to your questions and concerns, not that we had many of the latter, and respond quickly. Follow up support brilliant. CPM hold your hand the entire way, whether it be Kate in the office or Paul for expert visits, and everyone in between. With only a bit of final landscaping to do, our Compass Pools Melbourne Pool and Spa combo is sparkling invitingly in the backyard. From concept to final inspection the staff were patient, helpful, knowledgeable and that resulted in a great outcome for my family because we have never had a pool before. The decision to install the inbuilt cleaning has been a very sensible decision because the pool has been minimal maintenance for my family. We like half of Melbourne decided to have a pool installed during lockdown. After going to the pool and spa show where we met Kate we had a real indication of price, the quote was nearly spot on what she had told us. The whole team at Compass were thoroughly professional, informative (they really know pools), reliable and generally great at what they do. The quality of the pool shell and equipment is the best available. We have just come home from 3 weeks away and other than having to empty the skimmer baskets the pool and spa were ready to go, the pool shop tested the water and said I didn’t need to do a thing. I would highly recommend the Compass Pools Melbourne team and patting myself on the back that we went with a self cleaning pool and spa.

I could not be happier with our pool and spa. It has been installed for just over a year now and everything works perfectly, including the amazing in-floor cleaning and Connect 10 system which I wouldn't trade for the world. The team was awesome to deal with before and after the install and I highly recommend them. If we move homes in the future I'd certainly use the team again to install a new pool and spa. Had a compass pool installed over 10 years ago , had lots of fun in it and little to no issues.Had a problem with pool pump last week and called Paul who installed equipment and commissioned to ask for advise / help.He said he was going to be close by in next few days and would drop in.He came pulled pump out and cleaned impleller of fine bamboo leaf which was slowing down pump which fixed issue.All at no charge!Fantastic after sales service from this company.I am a business owner myself and really appreciate when a company goes beyond the call of duty.Well done Compass

The best decision I have ever made.Compass Pools Melbourne are so easy to deal with from the first contact to after sales service.The pool looks amazing and is almost effortless to keep clean (I have the infloor cleaning system). any issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally. All their contractors and staff have been a pleasure to deal with.

We engaged Compass Pools in Supply & Install the Vogue 8.2. We were advised to go with the Self Cleaning option of which i was hesitant at first but once it was explained to me exactly how it works and how much time it will save me we decided to go with the advise Compass gave and i would highly recommend this to anyone. 6 years on the the pool and self cleaning system is in perfect condition.We dealt with Adam, Kate & Paul who were nothing but professional in all aspects keeping me up to date every step of the ways.I would highly recommend Compass Pools to anyone wanting to install a pool.
