I was treated with respect and the staff were pleasant and courteous. I appreciated the gentle approach by Dr.Leesong and all my questions were responded to with understanding. No complaints, other than the doctor required us to wear those unhealthy face-masks. Otherwise, the doctor was very professional and thorough, finding an issue that has been over-looked. Staff was friendly and polite.Did not give 5 stars as there is always room for improvement, presumably.

Very efficient from the moment you phone to make your appointment. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and advice given was very useful and easy to understand. For the first time in a very long time my scheduled appointment time and the actual appointment were only seconds apart. Not a lengthy 60 mins or so. The location had easy to access car parking and it was well signed to find the relevant specialist rooms. Thank you for providing such a wonderful, professional and caring service. This would have had to been one of the best appointments I have ever had in relation to women health issues. I feel well informed and fully supported with information and advice from my doctor. I have every confidence that my doctor will follow up as necessary on my case and contact me the results.Discreet, attentive, efficient, professional and easy to communicate with and be heard. What more can you want. It was a first class experience, thank you.

My first visit to LWHC. Dr Sue Mallett certainly lives up to her reputation! I’m so glad I have found such a knowledgeable, kind and compassionate doctor who really connects with her patients, without feeling like you’re on a timeline! Rachel and the reception team are also just wonderful. Thank you for your kindness and care when I need it the most.

For the first time I feel like a Dr actually listened and understood what I was saying, not just shipping me off for tests. I was treated with respect and given options. Very polite reception staff and nice waiting room. Doctor was prompt and very thorough. I did not feel rushed in anyway and felt that my concerns were listened to and acted upon.
