Appearance Cabinets did a wonderful job of replacing an old, dated kitchen with a modern, much more workable kitchen. The project ran smoothly from start to finish and minor adjustments along the way were easily accommodated. The staff were friendly and efficient and everything was completed in a timely manner with only one day in which I couldn't cook an evening meal. The kitchen/family room great with the new kitchen and it certainly has added value to the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Appearance Cabinets for their quality workmanship and great customer service.

I chose appearance cabinets as I’m also a local tradesman operating a small local business and have a good eye for quality.I seen appearance cabinets jobs around the local area while I was also carrying out work and getting a lot of positive feedback in regards to they’re professionalism and workmanship .We were not disappointed with the service and most importantly the end product by the whole team at appearance cabinets and would highly recommend and I often do .

Although tops and cabinets are as expected, we found overall experience very poor. We left it to AC to use their external contractors to get electrical and plumbing services done. We were charged extortion prices for things like turning off power ($150!) which I could have done. Very cheap and nasty socket covers were used, of the 6 power points, only 2 had to be connected as all others were already there, I completely lost one power point and existing fridge point was removed leaving me with a big hole in wall. Did not need another point, but was not told why existing one had to be removed and repositioned for no reason and again was charged!! For some reason, existing points were just covered with cheap covers that again we were charged for. Plumber again just charged us for things we could have done ourselves. Putting sink in existing place of old sink, & dishwasher & cooker. No extra plumbing or electronic work was needed or done with these, but we got charged for this! We would have put them in ourselves, had they given us quotes on what they were going to do.They should have given us quotes but did not.We would not recommend them to anyone. I bet they had a very good Xmas just on what we had to pay!No one from kitchen company we used came to see us, feel we were taken advantage of and are out of pocket by thousands.Very disappointed with service and would not recommend them to anyone.We trusted company to provide good contractors to give us reasonable quotes, not ones who charged for existing plumbing and electrical work,We trusted contractors to give us quotes. I could have sold old kitchen but was not given chance as they just ripped it out and dispossessed of it.I was home alone and just feel so taken advantage of. No one spoke to me to let me know what they were doing. Plaster came AFTER work was done & only one who gave us quote. Would not recommend them at all.

Could not fault the product or customer service!!Our previous kitchen and bathroom was original and almost 25 years old, the team at appearance cabinets assisted in the design and colour selection and even organized removal of walls.I was kept well informed along the way by all trades required.We are very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Ryan and his team.Great job!! Absolutely Love the Kitchen and Bathroom!!

Appearance Cabinets are professional and their work can not be faulted. From the first quote to the kitchen designer coming out twice to remeasure after I changed my mind to the installation...the whole team at Appearance were highly organized, on time and they installed our new kitchen to a high standard. Our new kitchen exceeded expectations. This is the second time I have used Appearance Cabinets and I will use them again!
