My wife and I have shopped at Oscar's for many years without complaint. However yesterday I went for my eye test only to find out that the frames that I had chosen a week earlier were out of stock, so no new glasses for me. It would have been nice to have been informed that they weren't available when I chose them, or even better, take them off display. But thanks for the eye test Anna, friendly and professional as always.

My partner and I were treated really well on arrival, having never been before. The optician, Anna, and her support colleagues were informative, confident, friendly and efficient. We were treated really well, and are both looking forward to picking up our new specs! A great service!

The staff here were lovely and treated me well, with exceptional customer service. The optometrist, Anna is amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly and well versed in her trade, non judgemental and easy to talk to.I chose this store because of it. Also, the young lass who helped me choose a frame was awesome too. Patient and helpful. Keep up the great work team. Best experience I've had in an optical store yet. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Oscar Wylee Casuarina. Anna the optometrist was incredible, comforting and extremely informative. Kim and the other sales persons (sorry I forgot your name) were very attentive to all my needs! Kim went above and beyond for me which was really the icing on the cake! I could not have had a more professional, warm and engaged experience. My optometrist, Anna, was efficient, highly capable, and sensitive. During the thorough eye exam, she explained every process as it was occurring and I felt very much like I was in good hands. Likewise, the sales staff were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and patient when I took forever to make a choice of frames! Very happy customer.
