George Days staff gave us 5 star attention from our purchase to our 1st service. Like everything we had some adjustments to be done and Jess in the service dept was exceptional. Her pleasant manner and highly competent attention to detail has made us as first time caravaners confident and eager to head off on the adventure of a lifetime.

In this day and age does ‘good after service’ really exist you ask yourself?We can tell you George Day went way, way, beyond, to help us with a big problem.We were stuck on a campsite with no one local who could / would help.I called George Day, Sam on the end of the phone, spent a lot of time attempting to find a solution. Nothing local to us available. So he took it upon himself with a facetime call, to direct my husband, step by step, into the complicated control board to rectify the problem and get us back on the road. This was mighty successful!All thanks to you Sam we got home, (just to let you know my flowers for the big occasion were delivered for the happy day). Thank you for the amazing assistance given.George Day have even offered to look into the cause this coming week, so we can go away on our family Break.Now THAT’S GREAT AFTER SERVICE! (26/03/23)

Bought a new van from George Day supreme/leader,after sales support is shocking. issues started happening within the first 3 months eventually got the van into George Day for warranty work after waiting 5months for a booking 7th February. Major issuewas the awning rubbing against the fitting creating holes all the way down the centre this was reported 3 weeks after purchase. Had the van in for 2 days ( we had to find alternative accommodation) non of the issues were fixed had to take the van back 2days later issues still not fixed. They said the holes in the awning were fair wear and tear - after 3 weeks!!Contacted the service manager to meet with us to review our issues said he was busy that week would call us back,now 6th of April no call yetWould not recommend George Day or supreme cheap build poor after sales service

We bought leader Gold LE from George Day in 08/21.We had a water leak on the front hatch above the bed, front half of the caravan was completely flooded, and caravan finished at repairer as warranty repair at over $4k in cost. We were asked to pay portion of the repair cost and the van is still less than 2 years old and under Leader warranty, Not happy with Leader at all. And not happy with George Day at all. Stay clear from there.

I emailed GD Caravans for assistance with purchasing a second hand Adria. Wasn’t not intending on purchasing from GD but needed assistance in determining the status of the van’s warranty.Wow - I’m impressed! And on the basis of my dealings with them I’d certainly strongly consider purchasing a van from them.Bonnie replied to several emails promptly and gave me much valuable information and advice.Same result when I made a phone call to them.If my experience is typical of the customer service of the company then I think you can’t go wrong!I understand that my experience is limited but from the get - go they knew that I was not purchasing from them so I was surprised I received a response from them let alone the amazing service they provided.The caravan industry gets a deservedly bad name due to many poor operators.I don’t think GD is one of themThanks Bonnie and GD Caravans

Highly recommended the team at George Day. We set out searching for our first caravan and Brian our salesman who is very knowledgeable, made the entire process stress free. Nothing was a problem for Brian. The handover was very thorough and the after-sales service is excellent, they are all very helpful and professional.We are on our first trip in our van and can’t thank Brian enough for ensuring we got the van to suit our car and our needs. We LOVE it!
