Delicious koobideh. Lovely hospitality and great value for money. It’s like I’m having home made kabab. Plus, while I was waiting, the lovely lady offered me a wonderful glass of rose tea.

Negative experience here. Tried ordering TWICE on Uber eats and they cancelled on me both times because they were ‘too busy’. So I tried calling them up and they didn’t pick up. So I drove down there, expecting to see a packed restaurant and there were only 5 PEOPLE in there. I asked why both of my orders were cancelled and the woman said ‘because we don’t have ingredients’ and the chef had ‘just started making the ingredients’ and it was 7PM even though they had posted on their Facebook that they would be open for a fully functional lunch and dinner service. She told me to come back in 15 minutes. I came back, paid, asked for extra salad and she charges me $5 for the tiny container of salad, cucumber and 2 slices of tomato in the below picture. Extremely disappointed, had me waiting for half of my night for food and didn’t offer any discount or apology for the service they gave me.

Went into Charcoal and Chai today, and I was blown away at how amazingly tasty the grilled chicken was! The lamb cutlets were sooo juicy and tender! I was a bit skeptical when ordering, boy was I wrong! Amazing job guys! Thank you for the delicious meal my sisters and I enjoyed it!

I had a wonderful meal with my husband here. The kebabs were perfectly grilled, the hommus was delicious, the share plate for 2 + rice was a great amount for us both. Highly recommend coming here for dinner (the service was very inviting and warm) and I'm sure their takeaway would be fantastic too. Two thumbs up! We'll be back again.

Love this place for Persian food!Delicious, flavorful and fresh food, ALWAYS.They never disappoint with their food service and quality.Their portions are huge and the prices are so reasonable.The staff are attentive and very friendly.Absolutely loved the koobodeh kebab .Must try.Always recommended for Iranian food.
