Life changing! I'd never tried Pilates before trying MG Pilates and have become addicted. All the teachers are lovely and make great efforts to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable with what you're doing. Highly recommend :)

The instructors are excellent and facilities both superbly equipped and in good condition. Classes have plenty of variety but the evening ones can get over crowded. The Mums and Bubs workout is great fun but be aware you'll need to get bub up a flight of stairs - the whole facility is on the first floor.
