Very happy with jack and the team at Raphael residential’s results. The before and afters speak for them selves. From the moment jack looked at the job he acted in a professional manner, he turned up ontime every time and his communication was excellent, promptly answering any questions or concerns I had. He worked with me every step of the way from planning the best layout to make use of the space. The room feels so much bigger brighter and more suited now. He gave me a realistic timeline and stuck to schedule. The quality and finish are top notch and I’m glad I’m spent a little extra than I had budgeted for, for a professional result. Thanks to Krish and Jack for coming onboard and picking up where another builder left off. After another builder disappeared and left the job half done, the boys come on board and finished it with no issues, top quality and professional workmanship. Where do i even start?!After speaking with other building companies I am so grateful i came across Raphael Residential. The team are beyond exceptional. From the first meeting Jack was professional, articulate and respectful. He was honest and didnt try to 'sell' me anything like the other companies do. From the first meeting hubby and i knew raphael residential were who we were going with. From the get go the communication was excellent. Jack always kept us in the loop so we knew exactly what stage our kitchen renovation was up to and he always had the time to discuss any questions we had. Every single time without a doubt the team ensured they cleaned before leaving for the day. The level of quality, customer service and professionalism they presented was nothing like i have seen before from a building company. They didnt make you feel like your just another job and after your money. The care factor was there.
