Priceline Pharmacy Ashfield

Amazing customer service, from the moment I entered the pharmacy the staff were extremely helpful compared the other pharmacies I walk into going from isle to isle looking for someone to help me.The pharmacist Giselle explained everything I needed to know about the prescriptions and made sure I understood it all. Pretty Important especially when you need a script. Well done Priceline Ashfield!

Just don’t waste your time in this place. No point of booking vaccines if you get there and there is none available (even with confirmation via sms). Useless staff

I really did like this store, the staff were kind and polite. The store is very clean and well oranised. That all changed on Thursday 09/06/22. When paying for my prescriptions the price was more than it should have been. It wasn't that much extra but it was enough that it ment I would have to miss out on something on my grocery list. Haven't got much money because I'm on benefits. I am also very ill and got long to live. So I'm already quite depressed but this made me very upset. The didn't charge me then but the damage was done. Why wasn't I informed about the extra charge at the prescription counter I wanted to know but I didn't receive an answer. Rude! So upsetting.

This is the best Priceline I’ve ever been too!! These reviews are really sad to read because it’s unloyal customers like so who drag good businesses down. The staff and pharmacists really care for your needs and try their best to help. Super friendly and remember my name and what I bought previously every time I go in. I’d never shop anywhere else!!! Also the shop is so clean. Good job Priceline Ashfield. 5 stars always

A very rude, unprofessional and uncaring pharmacist (the customer service staff are lovely, it was just the pharmacist herself). My script was on file and she was sure that they didn't have it. It was only when I showed her the automatic text message that I’d received from Ashfield Priceline that she really looked into it… and saw yes, they DID have my script!

Gisele and the staff at Priceline Ashfield staff are always friendly and happy to help. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

The service that i received from Minh in the customer service in the cosmetcs was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and was very keen to help with what i was after. She suggested me different options for those products that didnt have any testers and was happily serving me while doing so. You can tell she was genuinely wanting to serve and a lovely person. The store also seem to have plenty of stocks unlike other stores that always has empty shelves. Only recommended would be to have testers handy as i would not even purchase a product without testing. Overall pretty happy and i will be driving there in future to purchase my cosmetics.

Staff are useless and rude!Will never go back to this priceline!This is a reply to your comment excuse me I don't leave bad reviews everywhere I go but I will leave a bad review for you guys my experience shopping there was horrible and I will never go back there! And it looks like im not the only one feeling this way look at all the other bad reviews take it in and maybe change your ways i mean look at your ratings 3.3 stars it speaks for its selfLike i said you guys are rude and useless! Not the best pharmacy - I mean I’ve been to heaps of Priceline stores but this one is like the worst out of them all. Staffs prefer chatting with one another than assisting customers. Not much stock, the presentation of products is poor (kinda messy) and you have to remind them you are a Priceline member coz they won’t bother asking. Tbh, i’d rather go shop similar products somewhere else. Still good just not the best experience.
