Like other Spotlights, fun to shop because of the variety Major drawback is no staff on the floor. So very difficult to find someone to ask anything. Parking plentiful.

Not as lavishly stocked as Molendinar, but okay. There was a lovely older lady saleswoman when I was there in late January, and she stood out because the staff at most of the spotlight stores can be abrasive and have an attitude which indicates that they don't want to be bothered by customers. It's a place I visit if I want something specific and not anywhere I would go to browse. Much of their non haberdashery items are overpriced and that together with the unpleasant attitude from many of their staff makes it a place that I would not recommend.

Staff are great and friendly. Have had issues with finding stock in the store that the online store is available. Not so great when no one picks up the phone when you've tried calling 3 times. Shows they are under staffed.

My son has recently bought a new house and wanted all new linen and other bits and pieces. There was a great sale there on the day we shopped. He saved hundreds of dollars. Friendly. patient staff,(he had alot of goods). Recommend this store in Upper Coomera.

As always great store. The staff is always happy and helpful. Unfortunately, doesn't carry high stock levels like Ashmore or Logan stores

It's my favourite place to shop for my household items:) Always have great sales. I do a lot of click & collects. Just double-check items before leaving the store as a few times they have missed passing over some items to the person I have arranged to collect. 1st time that was done, I received a $40 promo voucher, which made up for the inconvenience. Would say the things I buy are great quality & at a great price from bedding to the bathroom to the kitchen. Great bargains foe sure :)

Shop is not very big, but some things on sale and some with reasonably priced so I found cheap blinds $11 and $23 each which was on sale and some home decor. Nice lady was very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this shop for people who live in area.

Went at last minute to the party section at Spotlight Upper Coomera to grab some balloons etc for 13th birthday.With no delay the girls in that section there today (Saturday 28th Jan 2023) were so helpful in what arrangement I should get.No wait times were experienced, fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable and just very happy with the service.Ten minutes later I walk out with this amazing.Thanks for the great experience today.
