Went in to grab some invitations for our sons birthday. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Shout out to one of the girls (forgotten her name) who even gave my son a balloon to take home.

They are changing over stock to China made, frustrating wanting the original solid colour serviettes, they are moving to the second layer is white. This doesn’t allow for folding into creative shapes.

Rude and unfriendly staff. I'd suggest avoiding this place. They have no people skills and assume you already know the ins and outs of their products and how to order.Prices are stupidly high too.Wish I didn't step foot in there because they hurt my feelings.

This place has a wide variety of party products to choose from. If you haven't got the time to shop around for bargains. Just go here. Some prices can be beaten at Kmart or your bargain shops at Northland shopping centre. Overall great party shop. They sell party costume here as well for adults and childrens.

Externally disappointed with this store. Still trying to get my deposit back!!! Called over and over again to try get my money!!Went into store to get my deposit, which they gave me, then they managed to take the money out of my account again a few days later without my authority. Now they are expecting me to go back into store to show them my bank statements when I already emailed it to them!!! Still wanting on the area manager to call me from last week!!! Ongoing battle!!!

Ordered decorations and chairs through Lombards Preston. There was a great selection to choose from and the staff were very helpful. I arranged delivery and setup - made it so easy on the day. Then it was all picked up and taken away. Very happy thank you.

I went in this morning at around 10am on the 25/02/23 and was encountered with an extremely rude staff member.I went in to look for an LED light that was “in stock” on your website but in store only. I could not find the product so I went to a woman staff member for help. I explained I was looking for the light.She said “Did you even look where the other lights were?” I told her I did and she said “Well obviously it isn’t in stock then” and proceeded to tell me that “it happens all the time” and the “website isn’t always right” and was very condescending for no reason.Do better. Fix your website and train your staff better.
