There's nothing better than walking into a modern bakery and seeing a hand made pie.I had the chicken and leek. How was it?Well it was like this: growing up my Mum would take me to my uncle's bakery across from the beach on the Sunny Coast.We'd go for a swim and then walk across the road and I would always get a pie.It was long weekends and school holidays, fond memories!This chicken and leek pie from Well Bread instantly transported me back, I was overwhelmed with nostalgia with the first bite and I had just come from the beach.A better set-up to my day? Nothing.If I died today, I'd be a happy man and full of pie.

A big thank you to the most talented baker of Well Bread. Everything is delicious at this friendly cafe but our 'daily bread' habit now is the seeded baguette. This baguette bread is so tasty and the generous helping of mixed seeds in, and on top, make it beyond delicious. Wishing the business continues success. If you have not been to this lovely place yet you need to. Fabulous.

Service was great, friendly and attentive staff. I had a toated ruben a cappuccino and got the tarts to go. The ruben was amazing. Cant wait to dig into these tarts

This place is amazing, from the super friendly staff that serve you to the delicious pastries baked onsite. I had the cinnamon scroll and I have to say it was the best I’ve ever tasted!Entrance is off Gold Coast highway so a little tricky to find if you’re following Google maps. Seating is a little limited and it does get busy at weekends.

What not to like! Took my chance to try this as traveller to Palm b. The cafe is so cozy and beautiful & we did take away the tarts, cinnamon scroll and baguette. Great customer service and so many home goodies to choose from.

Gorgeous little place. The bread looks stunning and the desserts are a must try. Staff were positively happy. This place by Palm Beach is a must visit for a coffee, cake and some light reading. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a really great experience at this gorgeous bakery cafe! The service from the girls was so welcoming and friendly, my cold brew coffee was excellent and there was a great selection of pastries. I also purchased the olive sourdough which was delicious. Great experience!
