The girls were SO HELPFUL and friendly. They squeezed me in for a waxing appointment before my flight and did an amazing job. I highly recommend if you need beauty services in Sydney.

I love the Glow Facial here! Mika is my favourite and she gives the best massages. She is super considerate (she stayed with me during my first Omnilux treatment because it was so uncomfortable, to keep me distracted from the bright light) and truly cares about your skin. Thank you Mika!

Dear KeziahI wasn't super happy with your response, it might be because you really believe in your staffs and they've been doing great and I was just one unlucky case, but I felt like you were trying to find reasons to justify.To answer your questions,I don't want to pinpoint who the staff was that greeted me, you could just simply ask the therapist who worked on me and she'll tell you. There was only one another girl when I first went in. I could only remember she was caucasian.The first wax bit that I found on my skin was literally on the side of the bikini line so I found it straight away as I sat up and looked down.They were too obvious to not have been spotted even without the flashlight. That's when I felt like I'd been ripped off.I assume the other bits came from the inside of my lips and I don't even know how they've ended up there since I didn't experience this from the previous waxing treatment. They weren't large and I just found them when I wiped myself later during the day. I didn't have to pick on anything. I can assure you that they weren't just bits that got rubbed on from the seat or sth because I checked and wiped right after the treatment just to see if it's done worse down there since even the front bikini part was all messy already.I am aware that some hairs are too short to be waxed but I also know that the therapist used the tweezers to get rid of some of them. And yes the hairs that I saw on the front were long enough to have been easily tweezed and it was a weird shaped patch so I think it's reasonable to say that she just didn't finish tweezing the whole area.I was more disappointed with your email because I talked to a friend about my experience and she said there's no way I should've received such poor treatment. She also never received any wax treatment where she found wax bits on the body and the short hairs left unattended. When I compare this to my previous treatment, it was definitely a complete nightmare.Lastly, concerning the refund, I don't live in the city and that day I specifically came all the way out to just get waxed as I hoped. So I just felt so unnecessary and inconvenient to come to the shop just for the sake of the refund. Also, I don't even want to run into the therapist on the street. I do not need an apology from her.I never exaggerated anything about my experience.I rarely leave a negative review and mostly positive ones.I just hope no one else goes through the same stuff.

I went here today to get my first Brazilian wax ever and the person doing it did an excellent job. It barely hurt and she made everything possible to keep me distracted from the pain.The facilities are really clean, smell nice and everyone’s really nice.I’m definitely gonna become a regular and I’ve recommended this place to all my friends.

I needed a last minute spray tan whilst staying in Sydney CBD over Christmas and NY 2021. It was really easy to book on line and the store was located in the beautiful Dymocks building on George Street. My beautician was friendly and made me feel at ease. Whilst not the best spray tan I have ever received, I was pleased with it - it certainly wasn’t streaky and it looked natural. I would recommend Beauty On Park Street for spray tans.

The entire team at Beauty on Park Street is amazing. The moment you walk in, they make you feel welcome. I always go to Mika for a bespoke facial and her service is outstanding! Not only is she really good at what she does, she makes you feel comfortable and gives you advice based on your skin type. Would definitely recommend Mika to anyone who is looking for a great facial.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices considering its city location and great opening hours. Your experience can differ depending on which staff member you get but most have been friendly and very professional. Appointments are easy and very convenient to book online. I also love that they offer packages to help reduce the cost of regular bookings.

I’ve visited Beauty on Park Street for body wax treatments since 2019.In comparison to other places I’ve visited for urgent waxing in between, these ladies have provided the best service.They make you feel comfortable, speak to you politely and they do their job properly and professionally.They follow hygienic procedures so they won’t double dip in their wax and they use the right wax for right area of your body.The place is clean, well kept and nicely scented.
