We have had reason to engage First Impression Property Makeovers over recent years, both for reasons more obvious, such as bringing our property to a high standard of maintenance and visual appeal, but also to manage a renovation involving the installation of a domestic lift. Marc Meastro Battista assumed responsibility for setting up the project and researching all available companies, to shortlist the best lift options and arrange company demonstrations. Even after we made our decision, his exhaustive attention to detail, his critical eye, and his positive engagement with the ResiLift company was impressive. In addition, Marc agreed to return to the project at the end stage to assist with necessary remedial building work and contract resolution with the builder. He re-started a stalled project, brought in outstanding tradespeople, and has resolved some difficult issues. His entire focus is with the client, he offers wise advice, and his knowledge and experience has proved invaluable.

The experience I had with Marc and the team at first impressions was nothing short of utter professionalism.Marc took on the difficult task of finishing a major renovation of my home in Thirroul, and was the intermediary between the two owners, who no longer had contact.He achieved an amazing renovation, which no doubt improved the sale price of the house tremendously, along with the relief from me that the renovation was done properly.The sale would simply not have been possible without a third party taking over, and I’m just so grateful that Marc was referred to me - my home couldn’t have been in safer hands.
