Went there to buy a Roll on bag for my father-in-law. Staff were friendly. I chose a bag from the floor and they got me a new one from the shelf.

I was not happy with the sales girl. I was trying to buy a guess purse and when I finally decided on the purse I looked at her and she was still on the phone. I gave her another 10mins and still on the phone. It was about 20mins on the phone. So I was fed up of waiting and had to leave. I was not happy and I would prefer to go to chermside strandbag.
