My nightmare begins with the NRMA roadside person telling me my vehicle will not start because the remote key is faulty. After getting towed from Belrose to Summer Hill Garage, Ray was able to correctly diagnose the problem as a dead battery. Not only did Ray provide the solution but also great value installing the new battery for an exceptionally reasonable price. Great service.

Did not seem interested when I entered their shop to request a quote. I described the accident that caused the damage, no response. I listed a couple of mechanical problems I was having, no response. Only time the mechanic (senior guy there, so probably the owner) opened his mouth was to give a quote. Seriously, it was like they were doing me a favor even looking at my car. I went with the next guy. Don't bother with these guys.

Bought a late model car with scratches on it and had taken it to a few panel beaters. Recommended to try SH Garage by my mechanic. Did an excellent job. Very well priced. Honest and no nonsense approach. Got it done promptly. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

I came into their shop on the 18/05/15 in the afternoon and to which the front door to the reception area is locked. I proceeded to head inside through the garage doors, standing 1 metre in, I saw a worker that was sitting there which only looked at me, did not bother greeting me not even acknowledging me, it was not loud and he clearly saw me because he was just sitting there staring at me. I greeted the man and asked to enquire about painting a motorcycle part.This worker treated me like an absolute moron and did not value me as a customer one bit and said does this look like the front desk to you

Known them for many years. Been going to them since I got my licence 33yrs ago. Sadly a few times in younger years being silly. Luckily don't need to visit them with a banged up vehicle like in the past, But always refer friends to them as they are great people and do quality work.

Called ahead to make sure they could do what we needed. When I arrived the guy was exceedingly rude and sarcastic. I missed what he said and asked him to repeat it, at which point he said that my boyfriend could explain it to me if I didn't understand. Hard to understand how such a nasty person is in business.
