I highly recommend Health in Hands Chiropractic!!! Firstly, the whole team is amazing and super friendly. Dr April is passionate about her work and helping you reach your health goals! After only being at the Health in Hands practice for a short time, it has vastly improved my posture, my spine health and greatly reduced my back pain. The practice also provides you with the knowledge on how your sleep posture, diet, exercise and stress, to mention a few, plays a big role in your spine health and how you can improve these. In attending Health in Hands Chiropractic, I have noticed positive changes and improvements in my overall health and quality of life including my energy levels, stress levels, mood and sleeping patterns. Literally “Choose a better you today”.

I have been treated by April for years and can honestly say that no other type of treatment has been as beneficial. April is very personal and caring to all of her clients, you always walk out feeling looked after. Health in hands offer unique chiropractic services to best suit your lifestyle which I like to say it resembles a fast food restaurant, but for your health. Can't recommend Health in hands enough!

Dr April has the hands of an angel. I have always had chiro but never felt as good as I do under her care. Dr April amends the adjustments to suit me and my needs, does follow ups, scans and takes the time to explain everything to me so I can follow my progress.Jodie at the front desk is lovely, always welcoming, willing to help and accommodating with any changes i need to make.I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Health in Hands chiropractic.

I thought that my neck pain and my headaches were caused by my scoliosis and that I would have to live with the pain forever. Instead, Dr April explained to me that the pain was actually caused by postural stress and that my posture and even my scoliosis could be improved through weekly adjustments. It has now been six weeks since my first appointment and I feel so much better. No more daily headaches, my back mobility has improved a lot and most importantly I am in charge of my health now. I cannot recommend Dr April highly enough.

I came to Health In Hands as a Team Member and I have found it to be a great place to work and a wonderful place for my family to come for our Chiropractic Care. I highly recommend Health in Hands Chiropractic. April was able to diagnose my problem and within weeks I noticed the difference to my back. I had tried a physio and massage therapist who were unable to help me and was in severe pain for several months before I found April. I also convinced my brother to come along. For two years he had been going to physio. This only provided temporary relief and never addressed the real problem. With April, he has greatly improved these last several months. April and Jody are a great team. Both positive and happy. Great service.
