Went here tonight and had the BEST california pork burrito ever!! Super tasty and the service was awesome! I was served by Rocco who was by far the most engaging person ever. I will definitely be back for more!

Had the mini chicken buritto bowl and chips. Chips were stale and dry. Burito bowls are good however the no longer offer complimentary onion, jalapeno and coriander anymore.

I mean what a great experience! First of all the team is so cool! Super high energy and inviting! My favorite is Juan! Awesome guy! I ordered a Cali chicken spicy with extra pork and chipotle mayo and i was blown away! The fries were FRESH! The chicken was juicy and the chipotle mayo was deli! MAJOR FLAVOR BOMB! I will definitley be back for more!

I have never been able to order here without massive engagement. I learnt to check the screen as they don’t put the right order in despite saying exactly what is on the board. Either they don’t know their own menu or what is on the board somehow doesn’t translate to the computer. Every time I order corn chips it’s this massive discussion about fries versus corn chips, and the size when it has a price for small and large on the board. Why have sizes when you only want to give small. The singular time I got the large I ordered it was half full. What should be an easy gf option is bloody painful. And, when you ask what is on something it’s never what they tell you. Sitting here now with cheese and chicken when I expected tomato etc as per what the girl told me. Every time I eat here I remember why it’s been so long since the last time, now there won’t be a next time.

Took a while to find it as I didn't realise where the location was as part of Eat Street, which has several entrances. I had a mild chicken burrito. Fell apart a bit at the bottom, but was delicious. I'll definitely be back for more now I've found it.

I recently visited Guzman Gomez and was blown away by the fantastic customer service and attention to detail provided by the staff, Rocco and Juan. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of excellent. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to answer any questions I had was impressive, and their friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.The food was also outstanding - fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. I appreciated the attention to detail that went into every dish, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in their work.Overall, I highly recommend Guzman Gomez to anyone looking for delicious Mexican food and exceptional customer service. Rocco and Juan are true assets to the team and made my experience one to remember. Five stars all around!

Placed an order online to collect via the app, received notification meal was ready to collect, arrived and ... my meal wasn't ready. From receiving app notification to collection was 32minites.Also, they ran out of tomato salsa ... which is pretty poor. Oh and you wouldn't believe this - they also ran out of beef! My partner and I were told to get a refund we had to request via the app.Staff were rude but hey they were 'busy' and we did see another 2 customers during our 30 minute wait, such is life. Save your hard earned money folks or give it to a company that actually wants to make $$.

So far this is my favorite GYG, food always fresh and tasty. Coming two to three times a week and never disappointed. Customer service wise, amazing. Very friendly staff and their manager Rocco, outstanding. Definitely I’ll keep my routine coming back.

I've been coming here twice a week for the last months and I the staff is always very supportive, the food is always fresh and ready in less than 5 minutes. The guy that calls out the orders is always very happy and kind.Tip: the salsas and condiments are still available if want some, but now is not the mess it used to be outside. Just ask for it.

We picked a team for EOM snacks/lunch, Mexican it was! We ordered online and was able to pick up lunch with less than a 5 min wait. Everyone were happy little mexican jumping beans.Pan Seared Barramundi Burrito Bowl (Mild) $11.50 Sautéed Barramundi in GYG’s Mojo de Ajo marinade with Pico de Gallo.
