Great range of landscaping supplies and the super convenient option of a courtesy trailer at no extra charge. And the blokes in the office even did me the solid of pretending that they didn't see how bad I am at reversing a trailer.

Very poor customer service. I got told off by a staff member for a fellow staff member not giving me correct instructions about the recollection process. I specifically asked what I needed to do and clarified the process, on return I got spoken to very poorly when following the instructions provided to me. It Seems like they need to do some staff training along with improvements to internal communication and processes. Best not to blame the customer when they in fact have it wrong. There are plenty of good landscape suppliers around so I might have to stick to them and avoid this place, I don’t like being treated badly for no reason.

Fantastic service. We walked in with no plan or idea, within 10 minutes Paul (who was super friendly and understanding) helped us choose our rocks, organised a same day delivery, had given us all the information we needed and we left! Then, to top it off, the truck arrived on time, the driver was super friendly and dumped exactly where we needed it. Would highly recommend this business.

Great selection of landscaping products, supported by a friendly, competent, helpful, and above all super patient Team that go out of their way to make sure that their customer is happy. And that includes their highly skilled delivery drivers. I highly recommend this business to you. See my lovely pink sidewalk here. Was supposed to be brown river pebbles but unavailable due to floods.

I have been using Nuway @ Chandler for a few years now. Hats off to an amazing business with a great culture. I get an overall seamless experience every-time . Howard from the team delivered some mulch and rocks yesterday . Totally professional and customer focused he offered to drop the load in a way that literary saved me 2 hours of wheelbarrowing. This offer cost him extra time I should add. How many people think out of the box these days? Lots of other small noticeable helpful things on this delivery too. This kind of service is so refreshing . Big thank you to Howard and to the whole team
