The appointments are there so you can do your planned things/unplanned things later. But these people do no work according to the appointment time. I always wait 20-25 mins after the appointment time. And then when you are late 10 mins they make a big deal out of it. Why give nicely printed out appointment sheets when they can’t stop their work and see you at that EXACT time!?! I just don’t understand. They need to be professional!! The receptionist does not smile or make you feel welcomed there. The workers are keep changing/leaving that place so you see a different person everytime you go there which is really annoying because then you have to explain everything again to that person. I feel like they put you down and look down on you because you are unemployed! I am so over this place. I will never recommend this to anyone.

The staff are friendly and responsive. They cop major abuse from people not meeting their job searching requirements but never raise their voices or criticize. They have personally helped me so much, gave me all the tools to succeed and i am happy to have worked with them.

Never has a phone appointment on time. If I'm a minute late I get penalised but they can be as late as they like. If you call nobody answers either.They also signed my up to a training course for covid which went on my Job Plan, never gave me any details and every time I called asking about it they had no idea what I was talking about. Months later I get told the training never went through? Where was the update to all the people you enlisted to take the course?Every appointment is with someone different.Do not recommend at all.

Friendly staff, always helpful and they actually seem like they care unlike other job agencies.

Can't wait for this place to be SHUT DOWN.These people don't let you change your appointment when you have a valid reason ... WORK.what a joke. If i could give less than 1 star, I would.if you get put here, TRANSFER IMMEDIATELY.

The women who replaced Grant is mean. she seems so uneducated and unprofessional. She needs to learn how to talk kindly and needs to learn how to be nice! The only person I liked seeing was Grant and now hes gone too! Also it wasted my time going here as they don't take you in at your appointment time. You have to wait, wait and wait. Do not Recommend this place !! If you need to go here because of Centrelink do not choose here as there are other agencies around this area !

Into jobs are very helpfull

Honestly the laziest workers, always cut corners with the work they have to do for their clients. To the point of centerlink having to call them to reschedule an appointment for a client because they were to lazy and demanded the client ask centerlink to reschedule them.Very rude. The amount of times I've heard the workers yelling at their clients about things is disgusting, and workers always running behind in their appointments having to wait 25+ minutes before their appointment commences.

Can I give 0 stars? I have to come up with 20 applications a month! They were not able to make 1" recommendation in two and a half month! Waste of my time!!!!!!!!"
