Detlef always goes above and beyond with his services! I live in the country and own a small cafe, whenever I have an issue with my coffee machine he always answers my calls and helps me fix the issue. No matter what time of morning it is! Rocket Giotto / Mazzer grinder service. Forget the big players around town, who want 2-3 weeks to service a machine. SA Coffeetek are the real deal. Turned around in 24 hours. All cleaned up, sent videos of the repairs, kept the old parts to show me why they needed changing, very reasonable charge and best of all the Rocket is making the best coffee in years. Strongly recommend SA Coffeetek.

If you want honest and fair service Detlef is your technician. I wasn’t happy with the service of my machine from a few other coffee techs around Adelaide and somehow came across Coffeetek and I’ve never looked back. Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays and thats what you will get with Detlef as well as a good laugh. Also helps that he makes the perfect coffee so you know he knows what he is doing.

Highly recommend this business if your coffee machine is in need of repair. Detlef provides old school customer service that is severely lacking these days. The showroom/premises is not flashy (more akin to taking your car to the mechanics), but who cares? Like others have mentioned, I was kept well informed of the repairs to my machine through photos, videos and even a couple of FaceTimes! Price was very reasonable, turn around time was quick and now my Rocket Apartamento is working like new again. Thanks again Detlef!

Strongly recommend! I’ve had my Expobar Minor serviced by other companies and have been bitterly disappointed. My machine is now 10 years old & I was considering upgrading but Detlef has got it back like new. High communication, sent videos throughout the job. Honest old fashioned service!
