The team at Pioneer Property Conveyancing handled the sale and purchase of our residence which were scheduled to occur on the same day. After vacating our old residence, we waited for settlements to occur so we could get the keys to our new home. At 3pm, my wife, kids, two dogs, three cars and a trailer full of possessions waited in a park for settlement which should've occurred by 3.30pm. Unfortunately, settlement didn't occur on the sale which led to our purchase also failing. No place to go to and in a state of panic. Stephanie Pinto went above and beyond and worked well after hours with sick children to obtain a licence agreement to occupy our new home. Finally, with Stephanie's persistence, we were handed the keys at 8pm and had a place to stay on the night. If it wasn't for Stephanie and the team at Pioneer, I probably would've had to sleep with my in-laws. Awesome effort. Thank you.
