Got them out to check out why my split system was unresponsive to the remote, had already eliminated the remote and had manually overriden the unit and found it to be functioning ok. Technician came and told me before they do ANYTHING I have to get it serviced, minimum price being $1000 plus the $142 call out fee, but even then it may not fix anything and I could be up for $5000 for a complete new unit, but they wouldn't know that till they had charged me $1000. IF I was told that the minimum to even TRY fix anything would be $1000 NO WAY would I have had anybody from the company come to my house. I would have to say it's a RIP OFF!

Not worth the minimum one star review. We arranged a call out for an inspection and quote for a splitsystem air-conditioning unit that was not working, the cost of this service was $150 upfront. The attending specialist turned the unit on and listen from inside the house. No other inspection of the unit was carried out. The quote sent through was for maintenance/repair, replacement and/or delux service" - all of this could have been provided upfront without the staged "inspection". The quote issued was exorbitant and not in alignment with replacing our current unit. Here's our job number if you want to do your job properly
