I had to break my lease to return interstate and Cecile and the team were professional, caring and compassionate. I am very grateful and would recommend Diamond Property Management to others needing to lease a property.

James Ollaik is a really great and responsible agent. We are trying to rent a house in a very short time, James showed his professionalism when we inspected the property. We went to the other inspection next door by different property management company, really bed attitude. I have to say James is the best agent I ever met.

The property manager, Shawn Ji, was incapable of providing clarity on remunerating my partner for a ceiling that began pouring water overnight.He communicated unclearly and unprofessionally on the phone the next morning, clearly emotionally impacted by the stress and frustration of his own professional incompetence.The leaking roof was brought to his attention as urgent immediately after it was noticed. Shawn was heavily promoted to provide a reputable plumber to service the property. The plumber informed the roof was unsafe to sleep under in the state it was assessed.Shawn Ji expressed incompetent service, unprofessional customer communication and negligence managing this properties current issue, not to mention like interactions regarding past property issues.I write this review as I am the partner of one of his customers and felt as if I was in danger overnight and had to take a day off work due to only recieving a few hours of sleep.
